Last month, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists officially recognized doulas as valued members of the maternity care team — and recommended that every OB-GYN actively partner with us.

Not a footnote. Not a nice-to-have. Part of the guidance itself.

This is a significant shift toward something doulas have always known: birth works best when everyone is on the same team.
