Faith communities, be part of the solution. 💜
This International Overdose Awareness Day, we’re inviting churches and faith-based organizations across Tennessee to come alongside their neighbors impacted by substance use, mental health challenges, and overdose.
You don’t have to be a behavioral health professional to make a difference. Through the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services’ Faith-Based Initiatives, faith communities can access free trainings, education, resources, and connections to treatment and recovery services.
As we remember those lost to overdose and work to reduce stigma, let’s create communities where people feel seen, supported, and connected to help.
Faith leaders and community groups: Will you join us in supporting your neighbors?
