Tennessee Personal Assistance (TPA) is looking for a Family Model Provider to welcome two Members into their home together for long-term support.

📍 The home must be in Madison or the Greater Nashville area as the Members have established jobs, routines, and community connections.

The ideal candidate will have experience, two rooms available, a vehicle with insurance, and a support system as extra staffing may be required.

🎉 It’s DSP Appreciation Week! 🎉

Yesterday, we opened our office for an afternoon of fun, food, door prizes, and—most importantly—appreciation! We loved having several of our DSPs stop by so we could celebrate them and simply say THANK YOU!

This week, we recognize and celebrate all of our hardworking and dedicated DSPs who do the most important work we do—serving and supporting the Members we love. 💙

And the appreciation doesn’t stop at the office! Every DSP will receive a special thank-you bag from us to you as a small reminder of just how much we value everything you do.

TPA was proud to attend the 2026 Tennessee State Conference on Aging, hosted by the Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging!

It was a great opportunity to connect, learn, and explore new ideas around aging services, independent living, caregiving, technology, and AI in healthcare.

At Tennessee Personal Assistance, we remain committed to promoting choice, independence, dignity, and quality of life for the people and families we support.

How do you build a strong team? You invest in time together.

Last week, we temporarily closed the office, put down our phones, and spent the day enjoying some good old-fashioned fun. The work we do every day is serious and meaningful, so taking time to laugh, connect, and enjoy a little friendly competition was a welcome break.

Strong teams aren’t built only through hard work—they’re built through relationships, trust, and shared experiences. We’re grateful for a team that works hard, supports one another, and knows how to have fun along the way.
