Introducing Dr. Sam Crosby and his team! 👋
🩻 Dr. Samuel Crosby – Board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity care for both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Crosby earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and went on to complete a hand and upper extremity fellowship at Harvard University. His expertise includes sports-related injuries, arthroscopic shoulder surgery, nerve compression syndromes, fractures, arthritis, joint replacement, trigger fingers, ganglion cysts, congenital hand conditions, and work-related injuries.
🩺 Sam Huntsman, PA-C, MPAS, ATC – Physician Assistant working alongside Dr. Crosby in hand and upper extremity care. A Tennessee native, Sam earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South College and previously worked with Dr. Crosby for four years as a Clinical Assistant and Athletic Trainer. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.
🩺 Zoie Green, PA-C – Physician Assistant supporting Dr. Crosby in orthopedic patient care. Originally from Johnson City, Tennessee, Zoie earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Lipscomb University and began her career in orthopedic medicine before joining Elite. She is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love and enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and practicing hot yoga.
