Is your car out of gas? 😅
Here’s the thing nobody in wellness wants to say out loud:
You cannot update the software on a car that’s running on empty.
I see so many women adding more (more supplements, more routines, more tracking, more protocols) onto a body that’s been running on stress for years.
I get it because I did this too, sometimes more feels like progress.
But if the tank is empty, the upgrades don’t matter. You’re optimizing a system that doesn’t have the fuel to use any of it.
This isn’t me telling you to do less. It’s me asking you to get curious about what your body is actually asking for before you spend more time, money, and energy chasing the next solution.
Maybe it’s not another supplement or workout, maybe it’s finally filling the tank.
You don’t need to become a better project to manage. You need enough energy to actually enjoy your life.
