Hi!! It’s been a while, so I thought I would re-introduce myself🤗

My name is Lindsey, and I own Pivotal Touch Healing. I’m now in my 17th year in the wellness field, and am loving it all more than ever! I’m so grateful to have found this career and even more blessed to run a practice that I love- with such incredible clients!! Being able to facilitate in increasing peoples’ health, vitality, and overall quality of life is such an honor, and I don’t take it for granted. I pride myself in being empathetic, nurturing, and intuitive with the people that entrust me with their care. Something I truly try to live by in all facets of my life- is leaving people better than I found them. My goal is for my clients to leave their session feeling lighter, more loved, and closer to the truest and highest version of themselves💗

Okay okay, enough serious talk😄 Here’s some fun little factoids:

⭐️ I’m originally from California, and moved to Tennessee in 2020 after visiting (and falling in love with it here), asking for a sign and then receiving numerous undeniable ones😅 I do miss my friends & family every day, and for years I missed In-N-Out but that piece has now been remedied! I now live in East Nash with my 3 furbabies and LOVE it. And- being a foodie, I am loving the vast assortment of delicious cuisine here in East, especially😍 (taking recs!)

⭐️ I am in LOVE with music and honestly can listen to and appreciate all genres, but my faves have gotta be pop, rnb, rock, alternative, hip-hop, EDM, and lofi. I’ve also been singing since I was 2 and writing songs, poems, and more my whole life. In another life, I’d be a famous singer and touring the world🎤

⭐️ I got a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis, and while at times it can be incredibly disabling and inconvenient- I love the passion, creativity, and vibrancy it gives my personality, and life! Not to mention, the community💗

⭐️ What I’m most excited for in my practice: launching some new modalities this year- Sarga Silks (ashiatsu/barefoot massage), TMJ massage (including intraoral), and fire cupping!🔥 I’m also going to be recording & releasing Guided Meditations on the Insight Timer app!

It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself and what the heck I do on here…so here we go!!

Hi!!👋🏼 I’m Lindsey, owner and operator of Pivotal Touch Healing✨ (that sounds so official, hah)
Contrary to what some people might think (I.E. the random inquiries for couples massages🤔🤪), I am not a spa; I’m a one woman show!!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2024 will mark my 15th year as a massage therapist (🤯) and 10 years of me officially being in business for myself. And what a wild ride it’s been!! My business is truly my baby, and we have been through many incarnations together…From NorCal, to SoCal, back to NorCal, and now here in Tennessee!! I’ve been through more studio moves than I can count, rebranding, the whole gamut. Needless to say I’m hoping to stick where I’m at for a while now, God willing😅

I say this all the time, but the gratitude I have for my profession and my private practice is immeasurable. I am so blessed to be following my purpose and one of my greatest passions, which is helping people. More specifically, people like me- people who have struggled or are currently dealing and healing from anxiety, depression, and past traumas. The fact that I can be a facilitator for healing and support in any way for the amazing humans I work with, is not something I take for granted!

This work fulfills me on a deeper level than I could begin to explain. To my regulars: y’all may not realize that seeing you consistently and regularly investing time and energy into yourself makes me sooo proud and inspired🥹 Seeing the fruits of our work together through the quality of your lives improving over time- physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally is just…beyond. THAT is what I do this for.
