Love creating herbal drinks harvested from my own yard.
This blend features fresh lemon balm, rosemary, and spearmint from the garden, combined with red clover, dandelion root, and a touch of monk fruit for sweetness. It turned out delicious.
Each herb offers its own unique benefits and has traditionally been used to support the body’s natural wellness processes, including the lymphatic system:
• Red Clover – Traditionally used to support healthy lymphatic flow and the body’s natural detoxification pathways.
• Dandelion Root – Supports liver function and fluid balance, which work closely with healthy lymphatic function.
• Spearmint – Provides antioxidant compounds and digestive support that can complement overall wellness.
• Lemon Balm – Known for its calming properties and ability to support a balanced stress response.
• Rosemary – Traditionally used to support circulation, which plays an important role in healthy lymphatic movement.
There is something incredibly rewarding about harvesting herbs from the garden and transforming them into a nourishing drink that supports wellness from the inside out.
