Something that you may not have realized is your hormones have a secret helper, and it is inside my ALT ones. Your hormones don’t just rely on your glands. They rely on your lymph. Of course, I have to share pictures to put faces to the beautiful stories of the last living in flow event. So many beautiful connections, stories, and memories made. The teaching on Grace in each season was so appreciated. We have to accept and hold onto God‘s amazing gift of Grace in each season whether it’s health of loved ones, caring for your own body or your families or even the stage of your business. God is preparing you for more than you can imagine. God is so good and He sees you He hears you and He loves you very much.

Reflecting on a beautiful event yesterday in my home. So grateful for these Jesus, loving women and wellness providers in our community. So grateful for the grace God gives us and ask us to accept and sit in during different seasons in our life. Appreciating the beautiful anticipation of Fall and that restoration that nature goes through as it prepares it’s roots and nutrition as we also prepare our hearts, our spirits in our bodies to deal with all the craziness in our life, but only through Christ Jesus are we able to do so. When we saw Kindred Farm was serving smash burgers. It was yes to a quick road trip. Such a beautiful drive to Santa Fe, Tennessee. Always nice to see Christine Christine Piccione Bailey and their hard-working family create such a warm, beautiful and fun environment. The jalapeño smash burger and the cinnamon roll homemade gelato sundae was incredible. Definitely worth the drive with great friends

One of my favorite comments from my clients is when they first are discovering ALT. They always are intrigued about the sound created in the wands performing the incredible task of breaking up, congested, lymphatic toxins.
