Grief isn’t only about death.
Sometimes we grieve relationships, friendships, jobs, our health or a life that simply looks different than we imagined.

Whatever the loss, it deserves space to be processed.

What’s a loss people don’t talk about enough?

You can be getting everything done and still not be okay.

“High-functioning depression” isn’t an official diagnosis, but the phrase is often used to describe people experiencing depressive symptoms while still managing work, family, and everyday responsibilities.

Functioning doesn’t always mean you’re doing well.
You don’t have to wait until you fall apart to ask for support.
Save this reminder or share it with someone who always says, “I’m fine”

I love a challenge… but I’m also going to complain about the challenge the ENTIRE time. 😂 This challenge was indeed rough - especially for those with a busy life! But we did it—100 miles in August! 💯🏃🏽‍♀️ And I’m proud of myself and proud of my friends who finished right along with me.

What I loved most about this challenge is that the benefits went far beyond getting in the miles. We connected through wellness—which was a nice change from our usual “let’s go somewhere and eat” plans. The numbers on the scale went down, but even better was the boost that came from setting a challenging goal and actually accomplishing it.

There’s something powerful about being able to say, “I said I was going to do it…and I did.” I feel good. I feel accomplished. And most importantly, I’m proud of myself. ❤️

So maybe this is your reminder—and mine—to go back and look at some of those goals we started but haven’t quite finished. You don’t have to start over. Just get back on it. It’s absolutely worth it.

Rest in peace .

You don’t have to absorb someone else’s chaos just because you work with them.
Workplace stress is real, but protecting your peace, setting healthy boundaries, and remembering what belongs to you and what doesn’t MATTERS.

Although Pilates is kicking my butt, I’m so glad I started! I’m especially grateful for the instructors who have been so patient and encouraging—even during those moments when I just wanted to curl up on the reformer and lay there. 😂

But I can honestly say that I’m starting to see and feel a difference, and that’s what it’s all about. Stronger, healthier, and continuing to challenge myself one class at a time.

Thank you, BODYROK, for supporting me along my wellness journey! 💪🏽🧘🏽‍♀️✨

When your emotional support fur baby is not emotionally supporting. She apparently has an attitude because I was not ready to go outside. She literally would not look at me and just stood by the wall for a while. I’m positive she rolled her eyes at me. Just all attitude 🫤😒. So now I have to take her outside because at the end of the day she is spoiled☺️.

Finding the right therapist is about more than availability, it’s about connection, communication and the right fit.
Seeking support or providing it… responsiveness matters
