🌟 Member Spotlight: Dr. Keith Mills 🌟
On top of being a dedicated Chiropractor, Dr. Keith Mills is a man of many talents! A gifted writer, he shares his perspective as a weekly columnist for the Polk County News and has taken time to teach biology at Lee University, worked as a football team doctor and served several local organizations dear to his heart. He is also a music history enthusiast and recently wrote, developed, and directed a program taking audiences on a 19-song journey celebrating Tennessee’s musical heritage.
Even before graduation, Dr. Mills began attending TCA events. A longtime TCA member, he has served on the TCA Board of Directors, supports the TCA PAC, and values the association’s communications to stay informed about regulations and issues affecting his practice.
Dr. Mills has provided care for his hometown of Cleveland, TN since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1982. After more than four decades, his greatest reward is helping patients who have run out of options find relief. His goal? To practice until at least 2032, and celebrate 50 years as a chiropractic physician!
Family is equally important to Dr. Mills and his wife has seen first-hand the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care. He’s the biggest fan of his sister, Karen, a nationally touring comedian, and says his 90-year-old mom still keeps him in line! 😊
The TCA is proud to recognize Dr. Mills’ commitment to chiropractic and community service. Thank you for all you do to make a difference! 👏

Small changes to your daily routine can make a big difference in how your body feels!
From sitting at a desk to scrolling on your phone, everyday habits can place unnecessary strain on your neck, back, and shoulders. Over time, these repetitive positions can contribute to muscle tension and discomfort.

This Chiropractic Health Month, remember that healthy posture isn't about staying in one perfect position. It's about moving regularly, adjusting your workspace, and giving your body opportunities to stretch and reset.

Doctors of Chiropractic can help identify musculoskeletal concerns and provide individualized recommendations to support better movement and function.

No matter our season of life or where we're at in achieving our health goals, it's easy to forget how much we depend on our muscles, bones and joints until soreness, pain or limited movement remind us.

New research highlighted in this article suggests chiropractic care may influence more than just the spine. Studies found that low back pain patients experienced positive changes in inflammatory markers after as little as two weeks of chiropractic care.

Restore your body's ability to move comfortably.
Life's everyday demands, from work and exercise to repetitive movements and daily stress, can place strain on your musculoskeletal system.

Research shows chiropractic care is a safe, conservative option for many people managing common musculoskeletal conditions and can help improve function while reducing discomfort.

Your spine supports you every day. What are you doing to support it?

🌎 Today, Tennessee joins communities around the world in recognizing World Spine Day!

With an estimated 1 billion people worldwide experiencing spinal pain, caring for your spine is about more than preventing discomfort. It's about staying active, moving well, and enjoying a better quality of life at every age.

This year's theme, “Spine Health for Life,” reminds us that small, healthy habits today can make a lasting difference.

Doctors of Chiropractic take a whole-person, conservative approach to helping patients improve spinal health, mobility, and overall wellness.

💙 A healthier spine starts with you. Whether you're 8 or 80, it's never too early—or too late—to make spinal health a priority.

When you get a grocery cart with a bum wheel, it can make the entire grocery trip more frustrating and difficult. In the same way, when movement, habits, posture, sleep, or stress are out of balance, then daily activities may feel more difficult than they should.

The whole-patient approach of chiropractic supports your posture and body’s alignment to help you reach your health goals.
