If you've never floated before, you may have wondered what a float room actually looks like.
Here's a quick look inside Room 1 at Float Nashville.
It's your private space for 90 minutes—time without a phone to check, a conversation to follow or somewhere else you need to be.
Just step in, settle in and float.

Ever wonder what happens behind the scenes before your float?
Checking the water chemistry is one of the details that goes into preparing our float rooms.
Our goal is simple: take care of the details so when you arrive, there’s less for you to think about.
You just get to float.

Float further. Live brighter.

Your first float might not look like anyone else's.

You might settle into the quiet quickly. You might spend some time getting comfortable. Your thoughts might wander. You might lose track of time.

All of that is okay.

Floating isn't something you need to be good at. There's no score, no goal and no “right” experience to have.

Give yourself the space and let the experience be yours.

“I don't think I could shut my brain off.”

We hear versions of this all the time.

The good news? You don't have to.

Floating isn't a test of how well you can meditate or whether you can completely clear your mind. Thoughts may come and go—and that's perfectly normal.

With less light, sound and outside stimulation competing for your attention, you simply have the opportunity to settle in and see where the experience takes you.

There's nothing to accomplish. Just float.

Give your kid’s teacher a break. 💙

Teachers spend their days giving their time, energy and attention to our kids.

Maybe the perfect thank-you is a little time when nobody needs anything from them.

Give them 115 minutes to rest, recharge and simply be.

For a limited time, our 90-minute Float + 25-minute ReVibe package is just $59 — a $119 value.

🎁 Gift it to a teacher
🌿 Keep one for yourself
💙 Or do both — you can purchase up to 3

Available through September 21 and valid for 60 days from purchase.

A little quiet can go a long way.

What does it actually feel like to float?

At first, you may notice everything—the quiet, the water, your thoughts, even how unusual it feels to have nowhere else you need to be.

Then, little by little, there's less competing for your attention.

No phone to check. No conversation to follow. No next task.

Just 90 minutes where you don't have to accomplish anything.

There's no “right” way to float. The time is simply yours.
