Security is often viewed as guards, cameras, alarms, and policies.

But from a biblical perspective, security is really about stewardship.

Every business owner has been entrusted with people, property, resources, and opportunities. Protecting those things isn’t simply a business function—it’s a responsibility.

“The prudent sees danger and takes refuge…” — Proverbs 22:3

Good security is not about fear.
It is about preparation.

It is not about controlling people.
It is about protecting people.

Whether through training, leadership, physical security, or remote monitoring, we are called to be faithful stewards of what has been placed in our care.

The biblical watchman stood on the wall to identify danger, sound the alarm, and protect the community. Today’s security professionals serve a similar role.

At the end of the day, our responsibility is to be prepared, vigilant, and faithful.

Security is stewardship.

Most entrepreneurs try to build everything alone.

That’s one of the biggest limitations to growth.

There’s a reason the principle still holds true:
“Two are better than one… because they have a good return for their labor.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9

Real partnerships do 3 things:

• Expand your reach beyond your own capacity
• Strengthen you in areas where you’re not as strong
• Multiply results through aligned vision and ex*****on

The right collaboration isn’t about dependency…
It’s about alignment, structure, and shared mission.

If you’re building something serious, you shouldn’t be building it alone.

Retirement… I’ve been thinking about this different lately.

Owning companies like Support Operation Services (SOS) and everything tied into it, I don’t really see “retirement” the way most people do.

Most people think:
Work → stack money → stop working.

But that’s not how I’m built… and honestly, that’s not even biblical.

The Bible never really shows people just checking out.
It shows them changing roles.

That’s the part people miss.

You don’t retire…
You shift position.

➡️ From being the one doing everything
➡️ To being the one leading and developing
➡️ To eventually being the one advising and building legacy

That’s the move.

Right now, I’m building SOS and our other companies to run with structure, leadership, and systems—not just off me grinding every day.

Because the real goal isn’t:
“Let me stop working.”

It’s:
“Let me build something that keeps working… even when I step back.”

And when that time comes, I’m not trying to disappear.

I’m trying to:
✔ Guide
✔ Mentor
✔ Help the next ones come up the right way

That’s how I see it.

Still working.
Just working different.
