With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Bryant is dedicated to helping patients achieve better heart health through prevention, education, and personalized care.

Her career includes serving on the Emergency Medical Team at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, and as a former Division I basketball player at Auburn University, she brings a unique perspective to active living, sports cardiology, and lifelong heart health.

Congratulations to our partners at Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. Expanding access to emergency care closer to home is an important investment in the future of Wilson County.

The new Highpoint Health Wilson County ER with Ascension Saint Thomas will provide 24/7 emergency care with six treatment rooms, including dedicated trauma and behavioral health spaces, along with advanced diagnostic capabilities such as CT imaging, digital X-ray, ultrasound, and on-site laboratory testing.

We look forward to the positive impact this new facility will have for patients, families, and the broader Middle Tennessee community for years to come.

We are celebrating a huge milestone at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown: our very first single-anesthetic ION and da Vinci robotic resection!

What does this mean for our patients? By combining robotic localization and precision surgery into one single procedure under one anesthesia, we can treat early-stage lung nodules while preserving critical lung function—allowing patients to heal faster and get back to what matters most.

Bringing advanced technology like this to life takes a true team effort. To our surgical and nursing teams, and to the staff working behind the scenes: thank you. Thank you for always leaning into new challenges and keeping our patients at the heart of everything you do!
