East Nashville Family Medicine Primary Care for all ages! Accepting new patients We are a family medicine office in East Nashville providing care for all ages, from newborn on up.

We offer physicals, as well as care for acute and chronic illnesses. There is walk-in availability for urgent needs during all office hours and we have x-ray on site. We have an emphasis on preventative care and long term health. Primary care is by appointment only. We would like to offer more classes as we grow toward learning how to maintain a healthy body and mind. Our providers are Rozmond Lewis, MD and Mimi Ge**er, FNP.
