I am considering launching a weekly Zoom support and education group for parents and caregivers of adolescents and young adults (approximately ages 10–25).
The purpose of this group will be to provide guidance, education, and practical strategies for navigating the challenges that can arise during these developmental years, including communication, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and promoting healthy growth and independence.

I would also appreciate feedback regarding preferred days and times. Depending on interest and participation levels, I am open to offering both morning and evening sessions to better accommodate families' schedules.
