Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday 6am - 10am
Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm

Saturday & Sunday 6am - 10am
Saturday & Sunday 4pm - 8pm

Duties

• Assume responsibility and accountability for all 4 patients
• Provide Nursing Care to all patients within scope of LVN practice
• Gather data relevant to the patient’s individual needs
• Document nursing observations according to charting standards
• Report symptoms, reactions and progress of patient to the supervisor and appropriate action has been taken

Qualifications

• Must be currently registered with California Board of Vocational Nursing
• Previous experience as an LVN is desirable
• Must present a professional demeanor
• Must demonstrate initiative and good judgment
• Must respond appropriately to routine and emergency situations
• Must be able to set and revise priorities based on changes in the situation
