It’s May 1st, the start of Mental Health Awareness Month. 💜
This year’s theme is “More Good Days, Together.”
At Daniel’s Harbor Therapy Center, we know that a “good day” can look very different when you’re living with grief or trauma.
It may be getting through the day.
It may be finding a moment where you can breathe.
It may be feeling just a little more present than the day before.
A good day does not mean everything is okay. It means you showed up in the midst of what you’re carrying.
This month, we’re creating space to talk about what mental health really looks like, without minimizing the weight of it.
You don’t have to carry it on your own. We are here to sit with you. 🦋
