So I was planning to post this week about how I have been struggling this past year or so with staying on track, and not being diligent about doing all the things I know I should be doing consistently 😫

I mean, I'm not only in healthcare, I really have learned so much more throughout the years on fitness, nutrition, and supplementation... 🏋‍♀️
just sometimes myself and some of you too, we let life and emotions get in the way😩

But I had a conversation this week with my youngest son Cameron, and I really want to share about an amazing transformation that has taken place!🤩

He has struggled off and on with being somewhat overweight until high school when he was in sports and dropped some of it off. Then after graduation he allowed himself to gain a tremendous amount of weight. 😥

I will post pics, but when they came to Florida last Spring Break and again in the summer, he had gained up to over 300 pounds! 😯

We have always been close, and he has been around and listened to many speakers and knows about fitness, supplementation, and what he needed to be doing, but like all of us, the fast food, processed foods, sodas, energy drinks, sweets...all the things that we are bombarded with everywhere we go, can be so hard to resist. 🌮🍟🍕🥤

But he quietly made a decision and began working on himself the end of the year in December, and since that time to when we talked on Monday...he has lost 102 pounds!!!!🎉🎉🎉

I was in Texas in March and he was doing great and was down 70 at that time, and now another 30...😀

So, I finally asked him...are you using peptides OR a GLP???💉
And he said NO...

He has been doing exactly what I had always been taught by my mentors and that he has learned as well....🤔
He is eating very clean, healthy proteins, with healthy carbs and fats... utilizing protein shakes as well as creatine and electrolytes...
He is working out and lifting weights most days of the week.💪
Aaannnd he is working 3 jobs, but still makes tome to work out and prep!!!

He shared with me that the first few weeks were the hardest at avoiding bad foods, but now he doesn't even think about it much. 🙌

I remember back when I did Bill Phillips Body For Life program...it was the same. I got to the point that I didnt even want to eat bad. I felt so good, and was so happy with my body that I was really enjoying my life so much better...

I've learned over the years and it just keeps coming back to this... you can't out supplement a poor diet...and you wont see your results of working out if you continue to eat unhealthy...period.

So Congratulations to my son Cameron Parks 🎉🎉🎉
He is doing amazing, and is still on his journey.👏👏

We chatted for a long time and he has really got me inspired to refocus, put the blinders on and get myself back together so I too can be an inspiration to all of you and help as many people possible to get healthy, avoid preventable disease, and live their best life for a looong time!!!🥰🥰

LET's Talk Liver Health!!

🌿Liver Health = Hormone Health

Your liver isn't just your "detox organ"...
it's a metabolic powerhouse!

The liver is involved in over 500 essential processes in the body, including:
