In many traditions, the pyramid is considered to be a very protective sacred geometry. 🔼

Simply visualize yourself, your home or your car (or anything really) in the center of a 3 dimensional pyramid of light. Oliver Nino suggests choosing from white, purple or gold light, which every YOU find works best, while Dolores Cannon in her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) says a white light pyramid is most protective.

Use what feels best to you and use it often to help you feel more safe and protected as you move about your world.
