A little Halloween fun in Nebraska City! 🎃

Our Safe at Home Southeast team hosted a festive Lunch & Learn yesterday at the Nebraska City Senior Center, complete with soup, pie, great conversation and some pretty creative Halloween costumes!

We enjoyed sharing information about our in-home care services while spending time with members of the community. And of course, we couldn't let the day end without a costume contest!

Congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to the Nebraska City Senior Center for welcoming us. We had a wonderful time!

Halloween isn't just for kids.

Put the candy bowl by Mom's chair and let her hand it out.
Bring the grandkids by in costume.
Watch the old scary movie Dad likes.
Drive around and look at decorations.

A lot of “activities” don't need to be organized activities. Sometimes it's just making sure somebody still gets to be part of the fun.
