This Assisted Living Week, we’re celebrating the people who truly make Morton Memory Care shine—our amazing residents! 💜

Every smile holds a memory.
Every laugh reminds us of moments that made them who they are.
And every resident is a STAR in their own right. ⭐

This week, so far we’ve had so much fun celebrating the different eras, memories, music, styles, and moments that have filled their lives with joy. But more than anything, we’re celebrating THEM—their stories, their wisdom, their personalities, and the beautiful lives they have lived.

At Morton, we believe our residents don’t simply shine through the years… they ARE the stars of our story.

Here’s to celebrating the past, embracing today, and making even more unforgettable memories together.

🌼 ASSISTED LIVING WEEK — DAY TWO! 🌼

✨ Gettin’ Groovy! ✨🕺🏽

Today at Morton Memory Care, we turned back the clock and celebrated the unforgettable 1960s! ☮️✌️

It was a decade filled with optimism, creativity, culture, and some of the most memorable moments in history. We grooved to the sounds of Motown, celebrated the colorful world of Pop Art, rocked out with the British Invasion, and even took a trip beyond the stars as we remembered the excitement of the Space Age! 🚀🌙🎶

From the music that made us dance to the moments that changed the world, the 60s gave us memories that truly stand the test of time.

Our residents have lived through so many incredible chapters of history—and we love giving them the opportunity to share their stories, relive their memories, and celebrate the good times together. 💜

Day Two reminded us that some things never go out of style—great music, great memories, and a whole lot of groovy fun!

✨ Assisted Living Week 2026 — Day One: Family Brunch! ✨

We kicked off Assisted Living Week at Morton Memory Care in the sweetest way—with a beautiful Family Brunch and a whole lot of love! 💕🥂

Day One was all about gathering around the table, making memories, sharing smiles, and celebrating the incredible people who make our community so special. And, of course, everyone came dressed in their best dressed! 👗✨

Thank you for all our Morton family for attending!

This year’s theme, “Shining Through the Years,” reminds us to celebrate the life stories, memories, wisdom, and experiences our residents carry with them—and to honor the families, caregivers, and team members who help them continue to shine. 🌟

There is something truly special about seeing generations come together. ❤️ The laughter, the hugs, the stories, and those little moments that become memories we treasure.

Day One was definitely a beautiful reminder that our residents don’t just have stories—they ARE stories worth celebrating. 🌟
