A De Molay chapter ( fraternal, leadership organization for young men ) from Dallas were in Nederland this morning along with a young women support group to help clean up the parks, including our Tex Ritter park.

Host Broadcast Services, a global media partner for the FIFA World Cup ( Soccer ) came to Nederland, Texas today to interview and talk to founding family members of Nederland.

Organized and coordinated by Diana LaBorde of the Chamber of Commerce and museum staff, the windmill museum had the rare pleasure of members of the Doornbos, Rienstra, Youmans, Evans, LaBaron and Block families all together this morning.
