A graduate of the Commonwealth Institute of Mortuary Science in Houston, Texas, Jay earned his degree with Honors and Distinction and holds both Texas Funeral Director and Embalmer licenses. In addition to serving families, he has remained actively involved in the community through volunteer work and leadership roles, including service on the Nederland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

When asked what inspires him most, Jay shares:
