Teal Lake Senior Living Community Teal Lake Senior Living is a community for the aged with 24-hour staffing to assist in activities of Opening Late Summer 2015!

Perched on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Teal Lake in Negaunee, Michigan, our Community is designed to provide the best possible lifestyle for our residents. The Community will feature 38 private apartments. A large dining room with a spectacular view of Teal Lake will be at the center of the building. There will be an exercise and therapy center, resident kitchen with space for private dining

, activity room, spa, beauty salon and office space. A large inviting outdoor space with walking paths and beautifully landscaped grounds will overlook the lake. Teal Lake Senior Living Community will have a highly-trained and caring staff on site, 24 hours a day. Our levels of service are designed to meet the individual needs of our residents, promoting wellness and independence. The goal of our Community is to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents. We understand that the decision to leave oneโ€™s home can sometimes be difficult. We are committed to making the transition as smooth and comfortable as possible. We look forward to serving the Seniors and families in the Negaunee and surrounding area.
