Similar to condo living, our two bedroom villas feature one and half baths, full kitchen, dining room, outside patio, laundry room and garage, all on one level. Designed for independent seniors, busy executives or couples on the go, our villas are conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and are completely separate from our main building…perfect for working professionals and/or retired active couples as well. Entertainment and a variety of events provide opportunities to mingle with other people who have similar interests. Whether you go to work, take a vacation or are retired; simply lock the door and go…we'll take care of the rest.

A 100th birthday is a truly extraordinary milestone, and we're honored to celebrate this special day with Helen.

Helen has lived through a century of remarkable experiences and shared some of her incredible journey with us. At just seven years old, she was run over by a car and spent an entire year relearning how to walk—a testament to the strength and determination that have stayed with her throughout her life. She also shared that during the Great Depression, she worked at a grocery store for seven years to help her family pay their grocery bill, reflecting her resilience, hard work, and devotion to those she loved.

Helen, we hope your special day is filled with love, laughter, and the people who make your heart smile. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey and for sharing your inspiring story with us.

🦋 Our residents recently had the joy of experiencing the amazing life cycle of monarch butterflies and releasing them once they emerged. Watching their transformation firsthand was both educational and inspiring—a beautiful reminder of growth, change, and new beginnings. 💛

Last night, Nekoosa Court hosted our first annual Evening Car Cruise-In — and what a night it was! 🚗✨

With more than 20 incredible cars on display, an amazing community turnout, and over $900 raised for our Resident Activity Fund, we’re calling this event a huge success!

Thank you to everyone who brought a car, stopped by, donated, and helped make the evening so special for our residents. We’re already looking forward to next year! ❤️

Residents took the opportunity on Random Acts of Kindness Day (February 17) to thank the ones that consistently help us and members of our community.

The last call we want to make is for an emergency, but it does happen, and we appreciate the Nekoosa Police Department and Nekoosa Fire Department for showing up when we need you the most and doing so with care!

Thank you to the lovely ladies at the Wisconsin Rapids Family Center, Inc. for your time and positivity! It's people like you that make our community a great one and we hope our "random acts of kindness" made a difference in your day!
