Ok, I'm back from vacation! I got laundry done, I have read through my mail and email, the computer is updated so tomorrow I will be ready to get back to work. I hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend and fun Hoo Doo Days. See you 10-6 tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8.

Even this Steeler fan had to stop to see the new Buffalo Bills stadium. Didn't have time for a tour as we are heading to Niagara Falls. (vacation week).

Did you know the intersegmental traction table aka roller table can be used before or after treatments? And did you know you can use the table even on days you aren't getting adjusted? There is no fee if you are a current patient (seen within the past 12 months). It makes for a good 10–20-minute break to reduce some muscle tension and take some stress away.

It is hot today. I am in the office until 6. If you don't want to get out today, we can always change your appointment. Be safe and ask your neighbor if their AC is working or if they need another fan-which I do have a couple of fans if anyone needs to borrow for a few weeks to get you through this stretch of summer heat. 🥵☀️🔥
