✨ Another tool in the toolbox… and my heart is so full! ✨

This weekend, I completed Touch for Health® Kinesiology Level 1, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

As a lifelong student of healing, I truly believe the more we learn, the more lives we can impact. Not only did I gain another incredible modality to better support my clients (and myself!), but I also earned continuing education credits for my Massage Therapy license—a true win-win!

A heartfelt thank you to Courtland Smith of White Wolf Holistic for sharing your knowledge and creating such an incredible learning experience. And thank you, Ashley Smith, for holding such beautiful, sacred space and making everyone feel so welcomed throughout the weekend. Your wellness center radiates warmth, healing, and community.

I’m beyond excited to integrate this new modality into my practice and continue helping others restore balance, unlock their body’s innate wisdom, and step into greater health and vitality.

This birthday week has been one for the books.

A few days ago, Pepper reminded me why she’s my ride-or-die. ❤️

Tonight, Ayla showed up with that same beautiful energy, love, and laughter that filled my heart.

Different nights.
Different memories.
The same incredible feeling… being surrounded by women who always have my back.

That’s the real flex.

We’re spiritual gangsters.
We protect our peace.
We celebrate our wins.
We laugh until our cheeks hurt.
We dance like nobody’s watching.
We love fiercely.
And we trust that the Universe always has something beautiful waiting for us.
