Back to the lab on manual stretch modifications.

I took limited clients this summer to focus on current client progression in flexibility continuation OFF the table. We were successful and one SECRET SAUCE component is the INVERSION TABLE.

I even returned to Arizona for further training on managing current and future clients.

I’m opening up books soon to take on more with a better skill set.
