Where are all the Rottie lovers at?

We currently have three Rottweilers at our Philadelphia headquarters who have been waiting a few weeks for homes!

These pups came from a breeding situation and are still learning about the world around them, but we’re already seeing them make great progress. Emma, pictured here, has been gaining confidence and showing us more of her personality every day.

They’ll need patient adopters who can continue helping them navigate new experiences, but we know that in the right homes, they will thrive.

Life has been a little busier than usual lately.

Between my full-time job, family, spending time with Kenzie and Ares, and keeping Great Dane Healing moving forward, I haven't been as active on social media this past week.

One thing I've learned through Reiki, meditation, and life in general is that sometimes we need to honor our own energy too. Taking a step back isn't quitting—it's recharging.

Thank you to everyone who continues to follow, support, comment, and share. It means more than you know.

I'm looking forward to getting back into a regular rhythm and sharing more healing, wellness, and pet content with all of you.

💙 Men's Mental Health Month 💙

Men need to know it's okay.

It's okay to talk about your feelings.
It's okay to ask for help.
It's okay to take a break.
It's okay to not be okay.
It's okay to be vulnerable.

Too often, men are told to stay strong by carrying everything alone. Real strength isn't silence. Real strength is reaching out, taking care of yourself, and knowing you don't have to face life's challenges by yourself.

Whether it's spending time with your dogs, taking a walk in nature, practicing meditation, receiving Reiki, talking with a friend, or seeking professional support, your mental health matters.

You are not alone. 💙
