🌟 Meet Our New Director of Nursing! 🌟
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new Director of Nursing for LTC, Aaron!
Aaron joins us from his hometown, Garden City! With six years of nursing experience, caring for others has always been more than just a career, it's a true passion. He shares, "I enjoy helping and taking care of people. Being able to provide care to those who need it fills me with joy and happiness." That heart for service is what continues to inspire him every day.
One of his favorite parts of long-term care is getting to know each resident on a personal level. He loves hearing their life stories, learning from their experiences, and building meaningful relationships that make every day rewarding.
As he begins this new chapter, he's most excited about getting to know our residents, families, and staff while making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
If you ask those who know him best, they'd describe him as observant, calm, and loyal qualities that make him both a compassionate nurse and a dependable leader.
When he's away from work, you'll likely find him enjoying a good book, taking long walks with his three beloved dogs, or simply relaxing. His girls—Josie, a blue heeler; Callie, a husky mix; and Frankie, a yellow lab—bring him endless joy and are an important part of his life. He's a fan of Roseanne, enjoys listening to country music (while appreciating just about every genre), can never decide between coffee or tea because he loves both, and definitely has a sweet tooth.
We're excited to have him join the Cedar Village family and look forward to the compassion, leadership, and dedication he'll bring to our residents, families, and staff. 😃
