Is your baby always looking to one side?
This little guy had already done a big treatment before we filmed this, so he was getting pretty tired by the end of the session.
Today he had some tightness through his thoracic spine and ribcage, so we started by supporting his low back. It's amazing how often helping the lower body creates changes all the way up through the upper body.
Our goal is to help him gradually open through his thoracic spine so lifting his head and moving more evenly becomes easier.
I also gave mom a simple exercise to continue at home. Gentle movements like these can encourage better mobility through the ribcage, diaphragm, and esophagus, which may also support digestion and overall comfort.
The best progress happens when treatment is paired with small, consistent exercises at home.
Every baby develops at their own pace. Sometimes they just need a little support to help their body move with more ease.
