Are you looking for a rental space to host your class or wellness event in Nevada City? Come visit us at Inner Path on 200 Commercial St.

Our beautiful carpeted yoga studio is 875 sq feet and can hold up to 60 seated guests, or 25 yoga mats.

We offer padded chairs, meditation cushions, yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and straps, and a sound system for your use.

Our space is $30/hour.

For smaller events, we have a 344 sq ft meditation room that can be used for treatments, small workshops, or small classes (up to 5 mats).

Offering ongoing therapeutic support on all levels as well as spiritual mentorship for going deeper in our healing and awakening — together.
- Managing the stresses in life by regulating your nervous system
- Releasing fixed, conditioned patterns that hold you back
- Learning to flow with emotions, instead of blocking or flooding
- Healing the symptoms of trauma such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, health issues, and more.
- Spiritual guidance for awakening to your true nature and embodying that on all levels

This is an open group, and it is recommended that you make a weekly commitment for 1-3 months to receive more benefit.

I’ve been quietly building something new, and it feels ready to share 🌿 I’m now offering 1:1 sessions in Nevada City at Inner Path on Thursday afternoons.

This isn’t traditional talk-based work. It’s a blend of somatic/nervous system support– expressive arts (music, cranial sacral, imagery, and/or reflection)– space to actually slow down and process what’s been building.

It’s for those moments when you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, in transition or just needing a deeper reset.

I’ll be opening a few intro sessions starting next week as I settle into the space.
