This is what the Life Force Academy Teacher Training 2027 is truly about. Not just learning how to teach a yoga class. A complete journey into the practice and into yourself.

Over six months of three intensives, weekly classes, and personal practice you will discover your gifts, develop your intuition, and work through the patterns that have been obstructing your happiness and sense of purpose.

You will become a skillful practitioner. You will learn to guide others. You will cultivate the joy, the creativity, and the confidence that give your teaching life — whether you are leading a yoga class, a healing practice, or simply showing up more fully and more powerfully for the people around you.

The cultivation of sattva — of subtlety and clarity — brightens and grows the inner flame’s luminosity. Diet, herbs, lifestyle all tend to the subtle psyche. But it is the practice, the sadhana, that acts as the primary protector of this sacred inner flame.

A few moments from the last few days of Deathlessness. ✨

There's nothing quite like a Life Force Academy immersion. Session after session, we're moving our bodies, breathing together, and dropping into the sound current with the beautiful live music of Simrit, alongside Greg Santiago on percussion, Kenyatta Aitola on bass and Walker Pillow on guitar. And we're only halfway through.

We're working with the art and science of these ancient teachings: how to anchor the mind in breath, rhythm and listening, how the bandhas open the central channel, and how remembering impermanence can turn us toward courage instead of fear.

Joy is a practice. Baby steps create infinite leaps. And it's a gift to take this journey together.

To everyone here with us at Menla, and to all of you practicing virtually from around the world: thank you. Your presence makes this sangha what it is. 🙏

Every beginning holds a little anxiety and a little excitement. They come from the same energy. ✨

In the opening session of Deathlessness: Revealing the Joy of the Infinite, Jai Dev invites us to set a heart wish, anchor the mind in breath, rhythm and deep listening, and begin the journey of discovering the constant: the part of us that is non-dying.

Along the way, we meet the little deaths of transformation. The moods, fears and old patterns we're ready to let go of. And we learn the yogi's essential magic trick: shrinking our obstacles, not because anything changes on the outside, but because we widen our own perspective.
