It’s officially, official 👏🏼💯

I am happy to announce that as of yesterday, I am now a certified level one pelvic floor therapist! 🤓

I’ll spare the details of what it took to get here, but I’m so happy to be able to provide my community with this much needed service!

Exciting news! We’ve received approval from the Grahamsville Fire House to begin Chair Yoga & Balance Classes!

Our first class will be Tuesday, October 28th from 11-11:45 AM — and the first class is FREE! Come see what it’s all about, move your body, and enjoy some gentle exercise in a welcoming space.

Bring a friend and give it a try — no experience needed!

Reminder: We are doing weekly fitness classes at the route 42 town park! Come join us tonight from 6-6:45 at the U12 field. This week we will be adding in resistance bands! So feel free to bring your mat and a band if you have it! See you there 😁
