I’m beyond excited to share that I am now a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy! 🎉 This certification represents more than a milestone—it reflects my continued professional growth and strengthens my commitment to delivering the highest level of care for my clients. 💚

The training was definitely intense, but it was packed with so much knowledge, hands-on practice, and new skills. I learned a ton throughout the process, and I’m so happy and proud to have made it through! 💪

💆‍♀️ DEEPER PRESSURE ≠ BETTER MASSAGE

Ever thought, “If it hurts, it must be working!”? 😅

Not necessarily.

A good massage isn’t a competition to see how much pressure you can tolerate. More pressure doesn’t automatically mean a better massage—and excessive pressure may leave you feeling unnecessarily uncomfortable or sore afterward.

✨ The sweet spot?
Pressure that feels therapeutic and effective while still allowing your body to relax.

Depending on what your body needs, your session may include deeper pressure, myofascial techniques, trigger point work, stretching, cupping, or gentler techniques. Sometimes the most effective approach isn’t the deepest one.

And remember: you’re always allowed to speak up during your massage. 🙌

“Can you go a little lighter?” is music to a massage therapist’s ears. Your comfort and feedback help me adjust the session to what feels right for your body.

Massage should be about working with your body—not fighting against it. 🌿

Saying goodbye to my first studio here in Oklahoma is not easy. This space holds so many memories—healing moments, laughter, trust, and the beautiful connections I’ve built with each of you. 🤍

Due to family reasons, I’ll be moving to a new state and closing this chapter of my journey. It’s bittersweet, because while I’m excited for what’s ahead, a part of my heart will always stay here with my amazing clients, friends and colleagues.

This is not the end of my purpose—it’s simply a new beginning. I’ll continue doing what I love, just in a new place.

Stay tuned… I can’t wait to share where this next chapter takes me. 🌿✨
