There’s a reason I don’t start your Facial Lift Massage directly on the face.

I start by working through the chest and neck. I’m preparing the pathways, easing tension, and supporting fluid movement before moving up to the face.

Think about it this way: if the pathways aren’t flowing well, where is that extra fluid supposed to go?

That’s why the prep work matters just as much as the technique itself.

The work starts before I ever touch the face.

My son had been complaining of puffy eyes and a lot of fullness around his face, ears, and neck.

Poor posture, lack of sleep, and traveling can contribute to fluid retention, facial puffiness, and muscle tension.

While he was here in Milwaukee, I gave him facial lymphatic drainage. The before picture was taken after his first session, and the after picture was taken yesterday after his second session—right before I flew back home.
