Dorothy “Dottie” Wiley Age 67 of Portsmouth passed away peacefully Tuesday June 16, 2026, at OSU Hospice in Columbus. She was born July 12, 1957, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Joyce Wiley. Dottie dedicated many years of service as a Deputy Clerk for the Portsmouth Municipal Court.
