Most of us have heard it’s important to get between 7-9 hours of sleep, but do you know why? 👀

Deep and restful sleep is our body’s way of recovering. Even though you’re not aware of it while sleeping, your body is hard at work reprocessing memories and emotions, getting rid of waste and toxins, and making sure that it does it’s best to “reset” you for the next day!

Mental heath and wellbeing aren’t only about a therapy session. What happens in session goes hand in hand with what happens outside of it. So, try to get all your 💤’s in tonight to help your body feel better tomorrow 🤝

Welcome, Iddo Hammer, LPC-Associate, supervised by Shawna M. Corley Ph.D., LPC-S, LCDC, CCTP, NCC!

Iddo offers a collaborative and supportive approach, focused on understanding each client’s unique experiences while creating a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate life’s challenges.

Iddo applies Gestalt therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care, to support clients working through life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and feelings of guilt, anxiety, or shame. He is currently offering counseling through online sessions.

Outside of work, he enjoys working out, reading manga and novels, watching anime, playing video games, building model kits, spending time with animals (especially dogs!) and listening to music and podcasts!
