We're excited to introduce Charis, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and Certified Perinatal Health Specialist with a passion for helping individuals thrive through every stage of life.

Charis specializes in pelvic health and postpartum recovery, bringing evidence-based, compassionate care to every client she serves. Her dedication to women's health began while developing a hospital-based program for mothers recovering from cesarean births, and she continues to empower people to return to the activities that matter most to them.

When she's not in the clinic, Charis enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, traveling, and curling up with a good book. 📚🌿

✨ Meet Dr. Kelsie Phelps, PT, DPT, CLT! ✨

A proud Comal County native and Canyon High School alum (Go Coogs! 🐾), Kelsie is thrilled to be back home serving the community she loves.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas State in 2015 and brings a wide range of experience from her time in Houston, including acute care, outpatient therapy, pelvic health, orthopedics, rehab, and home health. She even helped develop a Pelvic Health program focused on pelvic floor dysfunction and supporting breast cancer patients through lymphedema care 💗

Kelsie is passionate about helping patients feel strong, confident, and get back to doing what they love most.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies 🐶🐱, sipping on a soy latte, or adding books to her reading list 📚

Exciting News: We’re Moving!

We’re thrilled to announce that August 25th will be our first day in our brand-new clinic space!

What does this mean for our current and future patients?

More space – Both of our physical therapists will now have dedicated treatment areas.

More availability – With expanded capacity, we can offer more appointment times to better fit your schedule.

New equipment – We’re adding a treadmill, recumbent bike, assault bike, and a Pilates reformer machine to better support your recovery and fitness goals.

New Location, Same Great Care

Our new clinic is conveniently located downtown, with plenty of parking available. If you need directions on your first visit, just give us a call—we’re happy to help!

Welcome Samantha Benitez, PT!

Samantha brings 18 years of experience as a Physical Therapist across orthopedics, acute care, inpatient rehab, LTAC, home health, and aquatic therapy. She has a strong background in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, and geriatric care, along with certifications in strength training, prenatal fitness, CrossFit, and aquatic arthritis instruction.

A mom of three and outdoor enthusiast, Samantha has recently focused her career on Pelvic Health—driven by a passion to support an often-overlooked population and create a safe space where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
