Rooted in faith. Holding steady. Letting His light shine.💐

I’m coming home from Paris with so many fabulous ideas, beautiful memories, and little moments of inspiration that I can’t wait to bring into our studios.

My role has always been to build a strong foundation for each Gypsy location and work every day to make your experience even more meaningful. Sometimes that inspiration comes from movement. Sometimes from a quiet moment in a church, a thoughtful detail, or the kindness of someone along the way.

Through everything we build and every season of growth, our foundation remains the same: serving the Lord by serving each of you. In every studio, every day, and every class, we want you to feel welcomed, supported, and loved.💛

Holding steady in His purpose and carrying His light into everything we do.✨

The commitment starts within.

Booking a class. Then another. Showing up consistently each week. Saying no to things you used to say yes to because you’re discovering how good it feels to choose something that means more to you than comfort.

Those small wins add up.

And one day, you’ll wake up proud of where you are… and even prouder of how you got there. Every time you said yes to yourself. Every time you followed through. Every time you chose to do the hard thing when the easy road felt more comfortable.

Keep showing up. You’re building a life you’ll be proud to wake up to.💪🏻

Before October ends, we want you to do one final thing.

Write a letter to your November 1 self.

Not the version of you who started this challenge.
The version of you who has lived these 30 days.

What changed?
What did God reveal to you?
What do you want to protect?
What are you no longer willing to pick back up?
What habits deserve to continue?
Who are you becoming?

And then finish your letter with:

“From this point forward, I choose…”

Let those words mean something.

Because Sober October doesn’t have to end when October does.

You released what was weighing you down.
You reset what was out of alignment.
You reconnected with what matters.

Now RENEW your commitment to the life God is calling you to live.

Don’t go back to who you were.
Carry forward what these 30 days revealed.💛🙏
