Many women have been taught to disconnect from their bodies.
To prioritize productivity over presence.
To push through exhaustion.
To view pleasure as something indulgent, inappropriate, or something that must be earned after everything else is done first.
This workshop is an invitation to begin gently shifting those patterns.
“Building Your Capacity for Pleasure” is a 3-hour experiential workshop for women focused on reconnecting with the body through education, nervous system support, embodiment, reflection, and guided practices in a safe and supportive space.
This is not just about learning.
It’s about experiencing.
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ Pleasure & embodiment
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Common blocks to pleasure
✨ Presence, expansion & sensation
✨ Practical ways to cultivate more connection and aliveness in everyday life
All practices are fully clothed, invitational, and beginner friendly. This is a women-only space!
