Do you notice:
•puffiness or swelling, often in the face, hands, or ankles
•a heavy, full feeling in the limbs

What to do:
•Move daily- intentional movement
•Breathe- 360 breathing, diaphragmatic breathing
•Loose clothing- tight clothing can create a "kink in the garden hose" effect
•Hydration- consistent throughout the day
