Happy Pride Month!

At Sagent, we're committed year-round to supporting and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community and fostering spaces rooted in authenticity, inclusion, connection, and belonging.

Pride Month provides an opportunity to further recognize and celebrate LGBTQ+ voices, experiences, and communities while continuing our ongoing work to ensure every person feels respected, valued, and empowered to be themselves.

Throughout June and the rest of the year, our teams will be participating in several local Pride events. We hope to see you there!

To those who shared their stories: Thank you. Your vulnerability helps break down stigma, spark connection, and remind others they’re not alone.

This Memorial Day, we honor the service and sacrifice of those who gave their lives for our country.

We know this day holds deep meaning for many in our communities, especially veterans, military families, and those who have experienced loss. Alongside pride and gratitude, there can also be grief, reflection, and the heaviness of loss and remembrance, and we recognize the importance of creating space for those experiences.

If you’ve lost someone who served, we hope you’re able to spend the day in a way that brings connection, remembrance, or peace.

In observance of Memorial Day, our offices will be closed today, Monday, May 25th.

There can be pressure to keep pushing, keep giving, and keep doing more. But taking care of your mental health isn’t stepping away from what matters. It's making space for your well-being, and that's an act of strength, self-respect, and recognizing that you matter too💚

We’re continuing to share our therapists’ own mental health stories in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Making space for these conversations reminds us that healing isn’t linear, and wherever you are in your journey:

Your experiences are valid, and you don’t have to navigate them alone 💚

This Mental Health Awareness Month, our therapists are opening up -- not just as professionals, but as people.

Just like you, they’ve had their own struggles, growth, and moments of figuring things out. And those experiences are part of what allow them to show up with real care, compassion, and empathy.

Making space for these conversations matters. You deserve to feel seen, understood, and reminded that you’re not alone in what you’re going through💚
