Judith Lynn Cardosi, 68, of Emsworth, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026, at her home.

Born June 24, 1957, in New Brighton, she was a daughter of Jean B. (Facciolio) Cardosi Eckhardt and the late Henry Cardosi. She was a graduate of New Brighton High School. Judy was a veteran of the United States Navy. She worked as the site manager of Calais Village in Ross Township for over 20 years. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her nieces and nephews as well as their children.

Surviving Judy is her mother, Jean B. (Facciolio) Cardosi Eckhardt, her siblings, Christine (Tony) Rosatone, Barbara (Meric) Hume, Richard (Karen) Cardosi, and Paul (Lisa) Cardosi, along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

No services will be held at this time.

She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, New Brighton.

Harmon Grey Kidd Jr., 64, of Beaver Falls, passed away surrounded by his family, Sunday, June 14, 2026, at his home.

Born August 4, 1961, in Beaver Falls, he was a son of the late Harmon G. and Donna (Myers) Kidd Sr. He was a hardworking self-employed contractor. He enjoyed hiking, fishing, playing pool, his guitar and singing. He was very supportive of his family, loved his kids and hanging with his grandkids.

He is survived by his children, Crystal (Rocky) McConnell, Harmon G. (Jennifer) Kidd III, Jennifer (Andy Talfore) Kidd, Bruce (Amanda) Wallace, Scott Kidd, Amber (David Gipson) Kidd, Sandra Kidd, Alexis Kidd, Noah Hall, Anthony Hemmingway, Charles Hemmingway, Bobby Justison, and Sherri Justison, numerous grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, sisters, Deborah (Larry) Craven, Marie (George) Banko, and Connie (Donnie) Schwartz, partner, Tamara Justison, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank his friend, Brenda Garrett, for the loving care and help provided to their love one.

There will be no funeral services per his wishes.

Joseph R. Nehila, 50, of McGuire Memorial, Daugherty Twp., passed away Wednesday, June, 10, 2026.

Born February 12, 1976, in McKeesport, Pa., he is the son of the late Frances (Darke) Jaudy. Joseph will be remembered for his cheerful spirit, kind heart, and the happiness he brought to those around him. He had a remarkable ability to make people smile. A devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Joseph especially enjoyed listening to Steelers games on the radio. He looked forward to game days and could often be found following every play with enthusiasm and pride for his favorite team.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his half-brother, Timothy Fenchak.

He is survived by his stepfather, Robert Jaudy, stepsister, Bridgette Weston, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and his McGuire Memorial family.

Friends and family will be received Monday, June 22, 2026, from 9 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at McGuire Memorial, 2119 Mercer Road, New Brighton, Pa where a Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m.

Interment will follow in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Rochester.

Dolores Jean (Leptock) Budiscak

Dolores Jean (Leptock) Budiscak, 96, of New Brighton, PA, passed away on June 9, 2026, at Cambridge Village.

Born in 1929 in Uniontown, PA, she was the only child of the late Michael and Catherine Leptock.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank E. Budiscak, whom she married in 1954.

Also preceding her in death were her dear cousin, Betty Jane (Stanley) Starc, and Frank’s brothers and sisters, who embraced her into their large family: Mildred Budiscak, Joseph Budiscak, Barbara (Edward) Kasparek, Zora (Anthony) Kasparek, Florence (Henry) Hrabica, Anne Pauline (Joseph) Druzak, Thomas (Edith Mae) Budiscak, and James Wilson. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Helen Anne (Budiscak) Wilson.

Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Nancy (Allen) Morrow and Brian (Carol) Budisak, along with her five grandsons — Matthew Morrow, Kyle (Rachael) Morrow, twins Andrew and Patrick Budisak, and their brother, Joseph Budisak — and her twin great-granddaughters, Adelaide and Hazel Morrow. Her grandchildren meant the world to her.

She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several cousins from her father’s family with whom she recently reconnected.

The family would like to express their thanks to her niece, Judy (Hrabica) Reina, and longtime family friends, the Bolland Family, for their kindness and help over these past few years. As it takes a village, the family is grateful for her many neighbors and friends for their thoughtfulness and assistance.

Dolores was the quintessential coal miner’s daughter growing up in Uniontown, PA. She and her dad moved to Beaver Falls for her to attend high school, from which she graduated in 1947.

After graduation, she began working as an operator at Bell Telephone until the birth of her daughter. She was a member of the New Brighton Junior Women’s Club and the Alpha Epsilon Sorority in her younger days. Dolores was an excellent cook and baker, and her family and friends enjoyed many meals lovingly prepared by her. She also enjoyed flower arranging and sewing. She and Frank went on many McCarter’s bus trips over the years. Dolores especially enjoyed family vacations to her son’s beach home at the New Jersey shore. Her sharp recall and knowledge were remarkable.

In accordance with her wishes, Dolores will be cremated, and a celebration of life mass will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church-Our Lady of the Valley Parish, New Brighton, PA. The family will receive friends and family from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. in the church vestibule.

A private inurnment will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery, New Brighton, PA

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made, in her name, to the New Brighton Historical Society 1229 7th Avenue, New Brighton, PA 15066.

Donna Jean (Neal) Greene, 79, of New Brighton, PA, went to be home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, peacefully, on Monday, June 01, 2026.

Born May 24, 1947, to the late Robert Lee and Edna Louise (Curry) Neal, Donna was educated in the Beaver Falls Area School System, where she received her High School Diploma in the class of 1965. Donna also attended 2 years of Community College, taking business classes before she started working at Westinghouse in Beaver, and later went to Bell Telephone in Rochester, PA, until 1974, when she began at Columbia Gas of PA. She stayed at Columbia Gas of PA until she retired in 2000. At which time she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she worked part-time as a collection’s representative for Credit One Bank while traveling.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her two brothers: Ronald Leroy and Robert Lee Neal.

Donna is survived by her son Nyasanu “Nya” (Sharyce) Greene, grandchildren Brittany LaVette, Kaitlyn, and Alexa Hopkins, and Nyasanu “Tongee” Greene II, and a host of great-grandchildren. In addition to her son and his family, Donna leaves devoted family and lifetime friends: Leroy Goosby; Byron Allen; William (Bobbi) Valentine; Barb (Ted) Michalik; Bobby Cook; devoted goddaughter Shelnita Carter; and Lisa Bloom, of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Friends will be received Friday, June 5, 2026, from 10am until the time of funeral service at 12pm, at Second Baptist Church, 2322 10th Ave, Beaver Falls, with Pastor Bernard E. Tench Jr. officiating.

Steven Scott Harpold, 62, of New Brighton, PA, passed away peacefully at Heritage Valley Beaver, May 28, 2026, after a lengthy battle with an illness. Born on November 27, 1963, in Beaver Falls, PA, he is the son to the late Mona (Clendenning) and John Harpold.

Steve found joy in the simple beauty of life and the outdoors. He loved spending time fishing, riding his motorcycles, camping, and being surrounded by nature. He enjoyed taking pictures while on his adventures. Whether on the open road, by the water, or under the trees, Steve felt most at peace outdoors and treasured the freedom and tranquility those moments brought him. He also had a deep, lifelong passion for animals, and he was rarely seen without a furry companion by his side (including Bigfoot).

Steve leaves behind his loving wife of 41 years, Cheryl Harpold; son, Scott (Jessica Falen) Harpold; grandchildren, Michael and Anthony “AJ” LaValle; mother-in-law, Beatrice Maley; and lastly, close friend, Mark Cunning.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Lynn (Harpold) St. Esprit.

Per his wishes there will be no services held.

David Allen Oshop

David Allen Oshop, 77, of New Brighton, passed away peacefully on May 28th.

Born on October 22, 1948 in Freedom, Dave was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather and great grandfather, and loyal friend to many.

He was a graduate of Freedom High School class of 1966. Served four years in the National Guard Reserve. He was a proud member of IBEW Local 712 for 40 plus years.

Dave found his greatest joy in planning especially trips. He loved the outdoors. Whether he was hunting in woods, casting a line, or spending a day on the golf course, he treasured every moment spent doing the things he loved most. He especially enjoyed sharing those passions with family and friends, creating memories and stories that will live on for generations.

Above all else, Dave will be remembered for his kind heart, steady presence, and the way he made everyone feel welcome. He was the type of man who could always be counted on — a true friend and loving family man.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl; his children, Kelsey (Rex) Pagani, Kristie (Eli) Milis, Kelley (Robert) Cardosi, Kasey (Bradley) Inman; his cherished grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamin and Ava Pagani; Sydney (Austin) Manor and Andrew Cardosi; Nathan and Noah Inman; great grandson Tate Manor; siblings Andrew (Linda) Oshop, Dolly (Bill) Jamieson, Dennis (Tana) Oshop; sisters-in-law, Darlene Oshop and Bonnie Reed, along with many extended family members and lifelong friends who will deeply miss him.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pete and Gertrude Oshop, his brother Daniel Oshop and brother-in-law Thomas Reed.

A private funeral service celebrating his life will be held for immediate family.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bags & Blessings in Rochester, PA; Hunters Sharing the Harvest (HSH) or a charity of your choice in his memory.

Though he may be gone from our sight, his love, wisdom, and memories will remain in our hearts forever.
