Congratulations to our Culinary & Nutrition Services Department! Our talented team placed second overall and took home Best Table Design at the Association of Healthcare Foodservice “Take on Takeout” culinary contest.

Our team showcased creative, healthy inspired takes on PF Chang’s classics, featuring vegan dumplings, vegetable sushi, buckwheat soba noodles, and a refreshing white tea and lychee spritz.

We’re proud of Lisa Haberman, catering coordinator; Aatul Jain, executive chef; and culinary team members Ringo Tung, Stephanie Gatarz, and Mario Garcia for representing Saint Peter’s with passion, creativity, and culinary excellence. Congratulations, team!
