This was Ms. Charlene just about two weeks ago—active, independent, cutting the grass, blowing the yard, and enjoying life in her own special way. 💕

Alzheimer’s can change a person’s condition so quickly. Behind every diagnosis is a mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and a beautiful life filled with memories.

Today, we honor Ms. Charlene and share her story to bring awareness to the reality of this devastating disease. 💜🦋 Cherish the moments. Take the pictures. Celebrate the good days. Love them through the difficult days.
