This week, we're proud to highlight our Inservice Director, Teresa!

Teresa began her healthcare career as a CNA at Miller's in Hartford City 34 years ago and now enjoys helping others start their own careers in healthcare. She loves teaching because it gives her the opportunity to meet new people while making learning fun and rewarding.

Teresa wants others to know that becoming a CNA is a great first step into the medical field. The program includes online coursework, a few days of classroom instruction, clinical training, and two certification tests. Best of all, graduates are ready to begin their careers with Miller's!

Fun fact: Before teaching healthcare classes, Teresa taught piano lessons. She has been married for 24 years, has two grown daughters, and a dog named Dude.

As we celebrate Back-to-School Month, we're proud to recognize Megan Crawford for taking advantage of Miller's Books & Tuition Program to advance her career.

Megan joined Miller's in January 2018 as an LPN and, through the Books & Tuition Program, achieved her goal of becoming an RN. She shared that the program gave her the peace of mind to focus on her studies while pursuing her education.

We're proud to support our employee-owners as they continue to grow and provide exceptional care through opportunities like our Books & Tuition Program.
