Well... This season of severe weather was a little "slow" you could say. As the weather starts to get cooler and the likelihood of severe storms dwindles here's Ohio's recap on severe weather. After last year's record tying number of tornadoes at 62 confirmed touchdowns, this year was a little less at 27 confirmed touchdowns, and none of the 27 went above an EF-1. Then moving to hail reports also being considerably lower than last year being at 125, and now 91 for this year. Even though we lacked as a state, the U.S. made up for producing the first EF-5 since the Moore Oklahoma tornado in 2013.

Today may 15th, there is severe weather to be expected in the Midwest and Ohio valley. It is possible the their could a weather outbreak with Ohio having a 5-9% chance of tornados,15% of high winds, and 15% of hail.

We will not be live streaming this event unless the severity does pick up

Today (5/1/25) their is a risk of severe weather, the main concern from the NWS is strong winds & straight line winds. Thought there is a tornado probability it is unlikely to see any, or at minimum a few weak & quick spin up tornados.

We not have a livestream at the current moment due to the probability’s unless something does pop up.

Though not a major event but have a way to receive warnings and or any other updates. But stay safe and weather aware

Tomorrow April, 2 we will see very severe weather coming across the Ohio Vally, we are in a very highly likelihood of seeing high winds of 75+ MPH, hail, and tornado spin ups some being potentially strong and dangerous. We will try and livestream this event as soon and as much as possible. Some models are showing that most of the violent tornado activity will be more south, but as we all know weather doesn’t stay in boundary’s.

So we ask that you have a safety plan ready and set for you anyone else that is with you

We will keep updating with the situation as we learn more and keep adding details as they come out but as always stay safe and weather aware (And no this is not a joke)

Today is the day that starts the potential severe weather outbreak for the next two days. Today Ohio shouldn’t get impacted too much but there's still a small chance for at least moderate to weak thunderstorms. But in the south there is a very high chance of severe weather including baseball sized hail, 80-100 MPH winds and potentially strong and violent tornadoes. Tomorrow (March 15) Ohio will experince a higher chance of strong thunderstorms and one or two isolated tornadoes. But once again in the south the SPC is prodicting a tornado outbreak in the Gulf coast, Tennessee Valley, Southern Appalachaians, and Georgia. It is very possible we will see PDS today & tomorrow mainly in the south but you should always stay aware and keep an eye on the sky.

It is unknown if we will stream this event but if there is something that we need to address we will do our best to do so in a timely manner.

And now adding to the chaos is that Saturday March 15, is also supposed to be getting severe weather also, as it is a continuation of Fridays conditions just moving to the west, it is not believed to be as potentially bad as Friday, but the NWS is also stating the conditions are favorable for supercells and QLCS (Or also known as a Squall line) so their is a high chance of also seeing tornadic weather on Saturday.

Adding on to the convective outlook for Friday March 14, there has now been a 30% area added to the outlook, making it more severe as posted by the NWS, They state that more warm moist air will be coming up from the gulf and mixing with the cold blizzard air to the west of the rockys, this mix will result in severe weather in the plains and some of the Midwest. There is a high probability of seeing tornadic activity and having a slight outbreak in the region.

Once again, we still are planning on broadcasting this event and more details are still to come out.
