Today marks 6 years of Foundation Chiropractic, but our journey together actually began 13 years ago!

For the past 13 years, we’ve worked side by side through challenges, growth, countless patient visits, and so many unforgettable moments!

Two people. One goal. Helping as many patients as possible live healthier, happier lives.

To every patient who has trusted us with their care, referred a friend, shared their story, and supported our practice over the year, thank you. You are the reason we love what we do every day.

IT’S A GOOD DAY TO HAVE A GOOD DAY 🧡🥤🩷

It’s crazy to think Megan has been gone from the office for almost TWO years. Some days it feels like she just left yesterday, and other days it feels like an eternity without her here.

Most days I do just fine juggling the job we used to do together—now completely solo—but every now and then (everyday of my life) I miss having her here. And some days… I’m just tireddddd. 😩😂

Before she left, she must have hidden at least “forty-eleven” little notes around this office because I’m STILL finding them nearly two years later. Today’s note said, “You’re a genius.” 🤥🥲🤣

Thankfully, this morning got a little boost thanks to Karie being just a text away and coming through with my favorite drink from New Castle Nutrition Co. 🥤🩷

And honestly, even on the tired mornings, I’m grateful to come into the office. I get to work alongside Dr. T, who somehow manages to personally victimize me on a daily basis. 🤣

Between surprise notes from my sister, favorite drinks showing up at just the right time, and the people I get to see in the office every day - I’ve got a lot to be thanking Jesus for. 🧡
