Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸 Today, we’re especially grateful for the people who make our clinics what they are.

For the early mornings, the long days, the encouragement after a tough session, the celebrations when a patient reaches a goal, and all the little moments of care in between, thank you.

We’re proud of the work our teams do every day to help people move, heal, and get back to the lives they love. 💪

Movement can tell you a lot about how your body is doing. 💙

Getting up from a chair, walking across uneven ground, climbing stairs or staying active without unusual fatigue can all be good indicators of your strength, balance and confidence.

Swipe through our Movement Confidence Checklist and take note of the areas that feel harder than they used to.

If several boxes are going unchecked, a physical therapist can help you build a personalized plan to move more comfortably, safely and confidently.

For Aiden, getting back to the mound meant more than getting back to baseball. 💜

After a UCL repair put the game he loved on pause, he faced surgery, months of rehab and a long road back. But he kept showing up, putting in the work and getting one step closer to the moment he’d been working toward.

Then, he got to take the mound again! That’s the power of physical therapy. It’s not just about recovering from an injury. It’s about getting people back to the moments, activities and lives they love.

And here’s something you may not realize: in many states, you can start PT without a physician referral, depending on state laws and insurance coverage.

Pain doesn’t always have to be something you just “live with.” Know your options. 💜

🚨 Backpack check! 🚨 Did you know 96% of school-aged children carry backpacks that are too heavy?
Before your kids head off to school, take a quick look inside their backpack.
A few small adjustments can go a long way:
- Wear both straps.
- Keep it close to the body.
- Pack heavier items closest to their back and the top.
- Clean out unnecessary items often.
Because the only thing your child should be carrying this school year is confidence—not unnecessary back pain.
Is your child is experiencing ongoing back, neck, or shoulder pain? PT can help!

In many states, you can, depending on state laws and insurance coverage. And when a referral is needed, you can still advocate for PT as part of your care.
