🥱I slept on the floor for a children’s field trip last night. My neck was so achey. At first I just thought, “well today I’m gonna be sore.” Then I remembered yoga. From my spot on the floor, I did my neck stretches and some seated stretches. I felt and feel so much better! This is why I can keep up with my young family at an older age! YOGA. It’s practical healing for your body. Come check it out this weekend. 2 classes available. Saturday at 10:30am and Sunday night at 6pm. Your future self will thank you. 🧘🏽🧘🏻‍♀️🧘‍♂️

One of my favorite parts. Getting everything ready. Seeing the order and space being created for women to show up for themselves and breathe and BE. 💖🌟🧘🏻‍♀️
